What We Do
Mission 991, Inc. exists to confront human trafficking, exploitation, and Christian persecution by addressing the root causes of vulnerability—both domestically and internationally. We believe that as hardworking and determined as our justice system is, it sometimes is overwhelmed or the system fails to achieve justice for those trapped in abuse. In those moments, Mission 991 stands ready to step in—removing victims from ongoing exploitation and providing them with a path to safety and restoration. Through targeted education, economic empowerment, and community-based assistance, we proactively protect at-risk individuals, strengthen families, and equip churches to stand firm in the face of oppression. By combining intelligence-driven response with long-term prevention, Mission 991 empowers communities to rise resilient against exploitation and defend the dignity and freedom of every individual.
The United States government estimates approximately 24.9 million victims worldwide of human trafficking. These include children and adults of all ages and nationalities, all of which require resources and therapy largely unavailable in their communities. This long term commitment to healing is what is needed to break the generational cycle of violence and abuse.
The Mission
Mission 991, Inc. will seek missing persons and combat human trafficking and Christian persecution with a generational mindset, partner with local law enforcement, and community leaders to bring about the legislative and social change necessary to extinguish the demand for human trafficking.
“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.”
— Proverbs 31:8-9
Our Objectives
1. Education
We believe awareness is the first defense. Through school programs, community training, and public speaking engagements, we equip individuals with the knowledge to recognize and resist grooming and exploitation. But education alone is not enough—we also confront the deeper battle of spiritual warfare that fuels modern slavery. At the end of the day, the answer is simple but not easy: the answer is Jesus. True prevention begins when we live out His example—loving our neighbor, honoring God, and standing boldly against the darkness with truth and compassion.
2. Response and Rescue
When exploitation occurs, we act swiftly. Our intelligence-led teams partner with local authorities and NGOs to assist in victim identification, safe recovery, and reintegration efforts.
3. Missing Persons
We seek out the lost and isolated—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Just as Christ leaves the 99 to find the one, we go where others won’t, believing that rescue is only the beginning of redemption.
