What We Do

Mission 991, Inc. is a 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization providing missing persons response teams and anti-human traffic initiatives to the world. This nonprofit focuses on providing the physical resources, training, security and education necessary to further cultural, legislative, and ethical change necessary to not only intervene in human trafficking, but also follow a missing person across state and international lines.

The United States government estimates approximately 24.9 million victims worldwide of human trafficking. These include children and adults of all ages and nationalities, all of which require resources and therapy largely unavailable in their communities. This long term commitment to healing is what is needed to break the generational cycle of violence and abuse.

Our Mission

Mission 991, Inc. will seek missing persons and combat human trafficking with a generational mindset, partner with local law enforcement, and community leaders to bring about the legislative and social change necessary to extinguish the demand for human trafficking.

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.”

— Proverbs 31:8-9

Our Objectives

  1. Develop quick reaction teams capable of responding to missing persons incidents for search and rescue, OSINT, and provide family resources. These teams will also partner when able with local, state and national law enforcement to assist in disrupting human trafficking networks and provide victim services.

2. A physical location for community outreach, education, and prayer. These locations will serve as safe havens for victims of trafficking with access to technology that will bring therapy and counseling to otherwise inaccessible victims. Partnership with community educators, law enforcement, and intelligence networks to leverage any and all possible leads in identifying and rescuing victims of human trafficking.
