Founder and CEO : Julian Diaz
For over 20 years, Julian has devoted his life to making this world a safer place for this and following generations. His service in the U.S. Army during the Global War on Terror, both as a criminal investigator and as a pilot, gave him a unique perspective on the world’s suffering. His decision to found M991 came after careful consideration in order to address this need.
Secretary : Andrew West
Andrew West has served in ministry for the past 10 years for both the local and global church. His heart for serving people has driven his work during his time as a student pastor, music ministry, growing a team, and serving families in the financial realm. Now he uses that motivation serving alongside Mission 991, Inc.
Treasurer : Cole Graves
Cole Graves is an experienced professional with a passion for business development and fundraising. Continually leading his corporate team in sales, Cole’s work ethic and mentorship skills set him apart from his peers. Raised in Virginia, Cole was inspired at a young age to join the U.S. Marine Corps where he served honorably and honed his leadership. Mission 991, Inc. is proud to have him join our journey to identify and heal the broken.
